RETURN POLICY – GIVEABUBBLY ONLINE STORE

GiveABubbly honours a 7-day policy refund policy (excluding postage costs) as per South African Consumer Act; you are welcome to return any product provided that the product is in the same condition, has not been used and is still in its packaging.

GiveABubbly will thoroughly check each and every product before posting to our customers. If the bottle is broken or faulty – please return the product with 7 days. All returns will be replaced and posted within 7 working days once the faulty/broken product has been received and this will exclude postage costs.

To complete your return – please contact us and send the perfume to our offices and note that you are responsible for postage cost when returning the product.
